Initial Meeting and Brief

Starting with an initial meeting and site visit, we work closely with each client to understand their individual requirements and creative aspirations.  We consider this brief in conjunction with a thorough consideration of the site’s wider context, to develop a meaningful framework for the project.

Concept Design

From the agreed brief, we create a conceptual design to discuss with the client.  This consists of a plan, plant and material mood boards, and 3D visuals that allow us to guide each client through the design, providing a tangible feeling of the new space.  From here, we incorporate any feedback to ensure the concept fully aligns with the client’s requirements and vision.

Detailed Proposal

Once the concept design has been agreed, we undertake all the detailed specifications and technical drawings that are needed to make the new space a reality.  These include construction drawings, setting out plans and soft landscaping plans to share with landscape contractors so that accurate cost estimates can be obtained and approved by the client before proceeding.

Construction

Working with a selection of carefully chosen contractors and specialists, we provide full support to ensure the construction process is simple, from initial tender through to completion.  This involves close liaison with all third parties to oversee and manage the progress and execution of the project.

AFTERCARE

Once the project is complete, we provide a simple aftercare guide, enabling clients to feel confident that their new garden will thrive, whether it is maintained personally or under the care of a professional gardener.
